SHIPPING POLICY 

Standard orders take between 3 and 8 business days, depending on the shipping method selected and the final order destination.

USA: Standard Free Shipping for orders of $150+. 

SHIPPING COSTS AND RATES

Please note that orders to US destinations may take 2-10 business days from the date they are shipped out, not necessarily from the date they are placed, depending on the shipping method selected and the final order’s destination. 

 Shipping Options and Estimated Delivery Time:

- Standard Shipping: $8.99 (3-7 business days).

- Expedited Shipping: $14.99 (2-3 business days).

- Priority Shipping: $24.99 (1-2 business days).

 You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

For US Domestic & International orders, we will use USPS or UPS to ship to most locations. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements.

Your final shipping cost is displayed at checkout.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is held responsible for the original shipping charges plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued by GOODIES COLLECTIONS.

 ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are subject to separate processing time apart from what it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once the applicable carrier has picked it up. Depending on several factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 2-3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

Once your payment has been successfully authorized and verified, please allow the following processing times before your order is shipped:

  • Standard Orders: 2–3 business days

  • Expedited Orders: 1–2 business days

  • Rush Orders: Up to 1 business day

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping and delivery times. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

DELIVERY POLICY

  • Lost or Missing Packages: If your package is lost or missing, please contact us within 15 days of the expected delivery date. GOODIES COLLECTIONS is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier. Refunds or store credits will not be issued for packages confirmed as delivered.

  • Shipping Claims: We will assist you with filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Please allow up to 30 days for the claims process, depending on the carrier.

RESERVED RIGHTS CONCERNING OUR SHIPPING POLICY

GOODIES COLLECTIONS strives to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences while protecting your privacy and ensuring secure transactions. However, we reserve the right to require verified billing and shipping addresses to process orders.

We also reserve the right to limit, refuse, or cancel orders for the following reasons:

  • Excessive or unusual returns, including suspected "wardrobing" (wearing items before returning them).

  • Repeated returns of worn, altered, washed, damaged, or incomplete items.

  • Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity.

GOODIES COLLECTIONS reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
