RETURN POLICY AND PROCESS
Returning your items is quick and easy. Only US customers can purchase a return shipping label, but the returns portal is open to all customers. If you'd like to exchange an item, return it, and we'll issue a gift card to buy a new one.
PRODUCT RETUND REQUIREMENTS
You have 30 days from the original purchase date to return your item/items.
Returns are refunded via store credit as a GOODIES COLLECTIONS gift card. They are processed within 7-15 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. To receive your store credit more quickly, use the pre-paid return label option in our Returns Portal.
Please note: ensure that each order is packaged separately. If multiple orders are placed inside a single return package, your return will require additional processing time. You will not receive credit for any non-eligible items returned.
- To return or exchange any item, the item must be in the same condition as received.
- The item must not present any sign of being used or damaged.
- The item must have the original tags and returned in the original packaging.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, without any mark or stain from makeup or any other personal care product, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- To start a return, you can contact us at contact@goodiescollections.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES WITH ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item/s.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (beauty products).

Please Note: To preserve the integrity and health of our customers, we do not accept returns on any of the following products:
- Intimates
- Bodysuits
- Swimwear
- Jewelry (non-designer earrings, rings, necklace, etc.)
- Accessories like hats, earrings, etc.)
- Beauty products and Cosmetics
- We DO NOT accept returns on items placed on "SALE" or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail using our online returns portal and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site.
RESERVES RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items or
- Or any other fraudulent activity considered criminal.
GOODIES COLLECTIONS reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity due to similar actions.
Non-GOODIES COLLECTIONS items sent to our store will be discarded upon receipt.
