SHIPPING POLICY
Standard orders take between (3 to 7) business days, depending on the shipping method selected and the final order destination.
USA: Standard Free Shipping for orders of $150+.
SHIPPING COSTS AND RATES
Please note that orders to US destinations may take 2-10 business days from the date they are shipped out, not necessarily from the date they are placed, depending on the shipping method selected and the final order’s destination.
Shipping Options and Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: $8.99 (3-7 business days).
- Expedited Shipping: $14.99 (2-3 business days).
- Priority Shipping: $24.99 (1-2 business days).
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
For US Domestic & International orders, we will use USPS or UPS to ship to most locations. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements.
Your final shipping cost is displayed at checkout.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is held responsible for the original shipping charges plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued by GOODIES COLLECTIONS BY J&F.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are subject to separate processing time apart from what it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once the applicable carrier has picked it up. Depending on several factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 2-3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take 2-3 business days to process, Expedited orders can still take 1-2 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 1 business day to process.
DELIVERY POLICY
- If your package is lost or missing, you must contact us within 15 days of delivery to be eligible for a store credit. GOODIES COLLECTIONS BY J&F DOES NOT hold or accept responsibility for packages reported as “Delivered” by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages the carrier confirms as being delivered.
- We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days (depending on the shipping carrier used).
RESERVED RIGHTS CONCERNING OUR SHIPPING POLICY
We will try to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences to protect your privacy as a customer. GOODIES COLLECTIONS BY J&F reserves the right to require customers to use a verified shipping and billing address if we cannot process an order.
Additionally, GOODIES COLLECTIONS BY J&F reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time.
